My stackable dryer cuts my clothes. The clothes also get stuck between the tub rim and the holder of the dryer. Please help. It heats fine, but does make a speaking noise before it gets good and warm.:confused:

In my experience, dryer that cuts clothes has a bad felt seal around the tub, allowing clothes to get in between the tub and frame. Also, when the glides or bearings get worn, it allows the tub/ drum to rub on the casing, which creates sharp edges, and destroys the felt seals.
