1) Is there any way to get the liquid back into the the balance ring?

2) Our is there some type of tube inside the ring that can be replaced?

3) I was stupid and drilled a couple of holes a couple months ago in the balance ring and liquid ran out, and the washer is always out of balance now, unless you wash small loads!!!!

I would appreciate any help on this matter.

Sorry! I ment to say it is out of balance only in the spin cycle!
