I Just Replaced A Water Pump And Belt For The Maytag Washer Listed Above. I Removed The Inner Tub To Clean Out Dirt And Scum Build Up And Noticed That There Is Water Sloshing Inside The Balance Ring. Is This Normal, And How Do I Remove It?

This is normal, it is used to dampen some of the vibration of the machine.
