No heat in the dryer. Replaced the PCB board for the heater. Still not heating.

The first thing I would do is go to your breaker box, and flip the dryer breaker off and on a few times, and see if it works. Just because the dryer runs, does not mean it is getting all the power. If you don't have a volt/ohm meter we will just be guessing on what part will be the problem. If you have a meter ohm out the element and the high limit thermostat. Check for continuity, and those parts, with the appliance unplugged. If you have the volt meter, plug the dryer in and check the power at the terminal block where the cord goes into the dryer.
