You have to have a simple multimeter because you have to check a few parts for continuity. These parts are: the safety thermostat (#1233 on the break down diagram), the thermal limiter (#1236 on the break down diagram) and the heating element (#1215 on the break down diagram). Post the results and we'll help you with the right part numbers. Gene.
