washer does nothing does not fill with water or start

Check if there is 120VAC at the power outlet. Check the power cord. If there is nothing wrong then check for 120VAC between the "V" wire at the water level switch and neutral (remove the "V" wire from the terminal prior to test) while the timer is in "on" position. If there is 120VAC then the water level switch is bad and has to be replaced. If there is no 120VAC then the timer is bad and has to be replaced. - The part number for the timer is AP2911959 - The part number for the water level switch is AP2905822 Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LA7000XTW1Gene.

now fills with water now but does not wash or spin

yes now it fills with water when itgoes to next cycle it just buzzs i can move agitator by hand but drum will not move.

Remove the cabinet and check the motor plug and all wires to the motor. Gene.
