I have seen other posts regarding this same issue with other models, with positive results by replacing a thermal switch. Does this apply to the MD-1? And where might there be found a video on replacement of any part concerning this issue? Thanks, fga1939

The contacts in the timer are not making connection for the function involved. Unless you want to spend a lot of $ for a new timer I suggest you live with it. Timers can get to be fairly expensive.
