Refrigerator temp is too cold on lowest setting. Ice in beverages. Freezer is ok. Is this a bad thermostat?

Gene, I checked the freezer control setting and it was on 7 which is the highest setting. I have moved it back to 6 to see if that won't keep everything cold enough. Any advice? Thanks.

Gene, I will follow your instructions. Since we are going into weekend and I'm sure we won't be able to correspond, please advise what temps I should expect or hope to see in each compartment and what should my next move be. Thanks again for all your help. Jeff

Jeff,
Normally it suppose to be about 0°F in the freezer and between 35°F to 39°F in the fresh food.
