I first changed belt, then snubber, brake and stator. Sometimes spinning cycle runs faster then stops all together. I now have a loud nosie fearing transmission maybe culprit. Am I correct?:( I noticed lower plastic gear wont push brake in when I turn it by hand?

It may be the transmission, but try replacing this part and see if that does not fix your spin problems.
