compressor sound like it work and so is the evaporator fan and the condenser fan but not cooling or freezing at all, I am thinking that is in defrost all the time, but the compressor is runing, does the compressor runs when on defrost? any sugestions?

When your compresor is runing, its a good indicatioin that its not in the the defrost cycle ... More than likely you have a bad compresor and or a leak somewhere in the sealed system ... in both cases the whole refriderator should be replaced... your cost to fix sealed system will excede the value of the refridgerator

is it posible that the start capacitor divice not giving enough volts to the compressor? will the compressor partialy work with -10% volts?
