I have a Whirlpool duet washer and about 25% of the time it doesn't seem to spin at the end of the cycle. I've snaked out all the drains from the pump back the the stand pipe. I also snaked out the house drain. I've check the pump filter, pump, preasure switch and the motor. It spins fine 75% of the time and also in diagnostics mode. my first thought was that they arn't using HE detergent but they are. any ideas?

Did it show any error codes? Perform the diagnostic test as described in the Tech sheet. Gene.

You probably know how hard is to diagnose an intermittent problem. Especially if it does not show up in front of you. I would recommend to wait until this problem will get worse.
Gene.
