Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 5/28/2008(UTC) Posts: 1,620		The defrost drain hole is most likely clogged. look at the bottom of the back wall of the freezer, there is a hole that water runs down, and by now it is frozen over. You will need hot water and a turkey baster to clear the drain. Keep forcing hot water down the drain till it is clear.
