Freezer and refrigerator side are not cold enough. All the food in the freezer has defrosted and the temp in there is about 20 degrees and the temp on the fridge side is upper 40's to lower 50's. Compressor runs, condensor coil have been cleaned out, it runs a normal defrost cycle and when compressor is running, there is frost on evpaorator coils. Is it possible the thermostat on the evaporator is bad?

If the evaporator coils are only partially frozen, you have refrigeration problems for a pro. to look at.

Ignore Wetop. you best get a pro. to look at it if it's worth it. You might have an evaporator leak or a bad compressor.
