Check the thermal fuse (#7 on the diagram) for continuity. Replace the thermal fuse if it's open. Also it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the thermal fuse together with the cycling thermostat (#8) and make sure the vent line is not obstructed all the way through the vent outlet. - The thermal fuse Part number: AP3132867
