At first drying took longer than normal. Now it does not heat at all. The digital display jumps from 1:36 to 1:52 then goes in a circle after a few minutes. Checked breaker and venting both ok. If heating element is bad should the thermostats and the thermistor also be replaced. Or should I call a repair man.

Did you actually measure the voltage?

I would check them with a meter first.
