I have an old Kenmore dryer (25 yrs old) that works fine, the dyer mode selection dial can be turned manually but the timer stopped working and there is no heat in the dryer any more. Are there parts available and how do I fix this?:mad:

Sears acknowledges your dryer but does not carry the timer. You have gotten tremendous lengevity from this machine, far more than average and I would suggest that instead of sinking money into parts, you replace it with a basic, no frills dryer which will not cost all that much more than the parts and will probably last you another 25 years.
