Thanks for the fix. The drawer track sliced two cables in the left drawer. Slide the protective sleeve back until you find the two broken wires and mend them back together. Should only take 10 min.
Lift the grey drawer tray on the left out, Unclip the drawer front by lifting the metal locking tabs. Use a flat screwdriver to remove the cover over the wire harness plug located on the bottom inside right of the drawer face, Then unplug it and set the drawer face on the ground. Remove the snap on wire cover from the left track. Slide the protective sleeve back that covers the wires until you find the damaged wire and mend them back together.

the plug is on the back of the left-hand deli drawer, under a protruding cover.

Question . Is it possible that the fan is not moving enough air to cool the fridge and freezer ?
I put a floor fan in front of the fridge and it works fine so I thought that the fan was no good. Ordered the fan motor. When I pulled out the fridge to change the fan it was working. So i put it back in place and moved the floor fan thinking all was well but it stopped cooling again .
should i just change the fan ?
