Our washer will not drain and it's not filling with any water.... Could this be electronic?? Or did both valves and pumps break at the same time?
Please help

Take a look at the tech notes that should be under the top or inside the lower service panel and see if you can put it into a diagnosiic mode and generate some error codes.
These Duet machines are very hard to diagnose, even for Whirlpool techs. Concentrate on the door lock assembly, the wiring from the door lock assembly to the control unit, the control unit and the motor control unit.
