Hello Judy. You will need to install a evap drain probe and a seal kit into the unit. Check out the attachment on this post.
To do this, Disassemble the Cap. Disassemble the Top Table. Disassemble the water supply connector. Re-assemble after tucking up water supply hose with foam seal (W30mm*L50mm*T3mm). No gap allowed. Tuck up whole area of hose with foam seal (W50mm*L80mm*T5mm). Make sure it is tight.
At the water tank, Tuck up inlet and outlet of the water hose with OJC seal
(W40mm*L80mm*T5mm), and then reassemble. The sealed hose should be inserted into the hole located inside of the liner.
Install the drain clip on the heater. Make sure the probe goes into the drain hole. Clean out the drain on the unit.
On the evap cover, Remove the evaporator cover. Check for condensation:
A. On the fan motor case
B. On the back of the
evaporator cover
aluminum plate
C. Behind the drain plate.
Remove the aluminum tape on the drain pan.
Remove 4 screws in the case of the fan motor, and then remove the motor and shroud assembly.
Be careful not to damage the tape.
Attach the foam strip with the center hole onto the Styrofoam as shown.
Reassemble evaporator cover.
Attach foam seal (W15mm) to bottom of evaporator cover.
