Washer is loud during spin cycle, comes out of balance very easily and is leaking a small amount of water from the bottom of the machine.

Operate it with the front panel off and see if you can tell where the leak is. If it is from the center seal water may have gotten into the transmission and damaged it. For the off balance problem check out the support springs and structure.
