I Have Replaced The Fuse, Control Modual, And Now The Control Panel. I Still Have No Lights To The Control Panel. I Have Check The Power Supply, Verified That The Latch Switches Are Working Properly, And That There Is Power Passing Into The Control Modual. Anyone Have Any Thoughts On What May Be Wrong? I Do Not Have The Service Manual To Learn How To Reset Controls If That Is What Is Needed. Any Help??

May be one of the parts you replaced was defective? You replaced everything and there is nothing else left.
