ice maker water valve

The refrigerator has both water and ice dispensers but has only one water valve on the back of the refrigerator. The valve actuates and water flows for the water dispenser, but we don't seem to get water in the ice maker.

Is there a second valve inside the refrigerator some place for the ice maker, and if so how do I access it?
