Washer dryer combo. Has anyone encounter the following complaint. WM3431HW / 503KW00093 Washer side works; However Dryer side won't work. When it comes to drying it do couple of things. first it will start to drain the it will start to get some water in but then display will go on and off, can heard the relay at main board coming on and off, red light on the board will turn on and off. I have replace main board and display board. All sensor for the drying parts were replaced. heater and t-stat are good, heater comes on blower comes on. can figure out why it does the washer load but not the drying.

Hi Eddie
Boy you have my sympathy. This is a very expensive machine, as you well know, and it should have lasted for years or decades without any problem given what you paid for it.
Unfortunately I have not worked on this machine (it is pretty unusual) and I doubt if any of the others who reply on this Forum have experience with the model (if you search for LG on the Forum you will see very few posts) so I am going to suggest you try other Forums. I hope you can find an aswer but I think at the end you will probably have to rely on an LG certified repair tech and having to pay for that visit and repair is adding insult to injury.
Good luck.

I know this problem - it is due to lint buildup in the condenser duct. Someone posted a good how-to on cleaning it, but I don't have the link; google your heart out on the model number, and it should come up in a review. Basically the lint builds up in this plastic part to where the dryer just won't run. A design flaw. I found tons of lint in my newly-purchased used machine when I did a complete tear-down to fix what probably is a broken spider.
