Dryer wont start. Has power. Has F30 error code. what does that mean?

Double check that model number, doesn't come up.

I rechecked the model number and it is correct. It is also listed on this site in the kenmore list of models.

Doesn't come up on Sears site, google search or on this site. What is the link to this site that you are refering to? Is this a non U.S. dryer?
