My refrigerator is freezing everything that I put into it. We cleaned the vents and coils out. I have just turned my freezing back up between 5 and 7. Why is it freezing everything?

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
that number comes up as a microwave.
Please check it.
Find your model number - AppliancePartsPros.com

Check and post the freezer temperature as it also effects the fresh food compartment temperature.
It should be between 0 and 5 degrees F.
