started washer and when it came time to drain it stopped. full of water and the machine won't start again. no lights on keypad. drained water , check drain valve, door switch and motor all good. whats next and any info you might know about this unit.

Check if there is 120V at the power outlet and the plug is not loose.
Remove the bottom panel and check for burned wires at the junction box.
