Based on your motor winding continuity tests, I don't believe the motor is faulty, except for your test across the yellow and white wires. Was that on the motor receptacle or the wiring harness connector with connector unplugged?. You can check for power at the motor connector with washer in spin mode. Check for 120vac across the yellow and blue wires for high speed or yellow and white for low speed. You will need to pull the moisture protection grommet away from the back of the connector to get your meter probes into the connector holes to make connection.

Doesn't make sense. You say the motor winding continuity blue to yellow checks good, you measure 110vac across those wires during spin mode and yet no noise from motor. I can't help you any further without getting my hands on the washer myself. Perhaps the motor is faulty but I can't say for sure based on your testing which may be flawed.
