The other day I unpluged the stove so I could clean the panel. I plugged it back in, reset the time and thought everything was fine. Now today I wanted to use the oven and it won't work. The panel beeps everytime I touch a button but the only buttons that function are the clock button and the timer button. Nothing from the broil, bake, convection or clean. Stove top functions normal and the fuses appear to be ok. The stove was originally purchased in Canada by my aunt and now I have it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I forgot to mention I went shopping today and set the bags on top of the stove. I heard the panel beep. Did I somehow lock/child proof the oven???
