Washer will not drain, pressure switch OK, will drain when I lower drain hose.
Washer will not drain, pressure switch OK, will drain when I lower drain hose manually w/machine shur off.

washer will not drain-prressure switch OK. Will drainj w/machine shut opff and drain hose lowered into bucket.

This could be a faulty drain pump.
I can no longer link you to a service manual for this model, but you should be able to find one on the net. You want the service manual for the Neptune 3000, and your model is discussed in the back (even though it is not listed in the table of contents)
