Came home to find cooling issues. Backwal of freezer has frost and ice maker has had issues for a little while. Not making proper ice. And Fridge is not cooling good either. I have been just keeping condensor fan and lines cleaned from dust. Thoughts on correction?

You have a mechanical type defrost timer usually behind the control panel. Look for a hole and stick a flat bladed screwdriver in it and turn it till the compressor turns off. If you get no defrost action, you most probably have a bad defrost limiter clipped to the top of the evaporator. If you get defrost, replace the timer.
