Hello,I tried to find my post from this morning but somehow it did'nt make it....Operator error I'm sure.We bought this fridge brand new when I was employed at Lowes in Tennessee, when we moved home to Colorado it began getting a buildup of ice in the rear of the unit which gets big enough to rub on the circulation fan..(?) It is quite noisey and the only way I have found to (temporaraly) fix it is to unplug overnight. For the cost of the unit I surely should not have to do this! I have tried different settings ie.warmer setting, energy saver etc.Have I purchased the most expensive piece of poop or is there a fix for this?... Thanks, Roy Adams

Hi,
If the ice that builds up and hits the fan also builds up over the rest of the freezer coil then you have a defrost problem. If the ice build up is just near the fan then you have other sealed system problems.
