Refrig has water & ice dispenser. Has begun to emit a high pitched noise from the freezer side. The noise rises and falls....is not constant. very irritating, especially at night. Everything is working fine, just the noise! Any ideas, please?

The motherboard in the back is usually the problem AP3420506. as it sometimes makes no noise.
