Washer spins out sometimes and sometimes does not. Sometimes I can get it to spin by holding onto the agitator vanes, pushing down and turning counter clockwise until it clunks a couple of time. Otherwise I have to take the majority of the load out to spin. Tipped washing machine up and coupling drive kit parts are fine.

I think your clutch is bad. Check out the Sticky at the top of the main washer page by Richappy on direct drive brakes and check out the video that is with the part Part number: AP3094537
