My GE WBSR3140DAWW worked fine but now it does not spin during the final rinse/spin cycle. I took the front panel off and the belt looks ok. The belt and motor move and seem to work fine during the agitate cycle. Does this mean the motor is good? When I took the front panel off I notice a lot of hair like material on the sides which I cleared and threw out. I think it is insulation but I'm not sure and don't know if that related to the issue.

Is the capacitor on the top back good if the agitate function works?

If the machine moves during the agitate phase does that confirm the switch that detects if you open the washer while it's running is good?

Any suggestions what to check next?

Thank you for any help.
