It agitates fine when washing but when it's supposed to spin it just gives off this weird noise. I recorded it and uploaded it to listen here: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/32637420/washer%20noise.aif I don't know what kind of problem this is, I've been looking around the forums but I thought that sound was unique, almost like it's an electrical problem because that noise comes from the control box on the top. Any ideas?

Now you have an access to the inside parts.Check the belt, the pulley, the clutch...
