I have replaced the door lock with lock part number AP4455026 and the striker with AP3580441. I cannot close the door. Help.

This is a Frigidaire made model.

If you think the parts you got from APP are defective call the company and arrange for a return and replacement. They are very good about that.

If you think you have installed it wrong, here is a link to a service manual that may help you out.
