We had a power surge, bump, etc. during the night. I reset the clock in the morning and all seemed OK. The ceramic cook top functions OK. However, went to use the oven and when I touched bake the lock light began flashing. I tried broil and the same thing happened. I then locked the door and tried to initiate the self cleaning cycle and after a few seconds I would receive the error code f9. The door lock mechanism appears to work perfectly. The door lock switch I tested for continuity and when the switch is pressed ohms read 1 when not depressed the meter reads nothing. I have cycled the power on and off several times to no avail. Help!!!!!

Hi. Try to unlock the key pad: press STOP TIME and CANCEL at the same time for 5 sec. If that doesn't help - replace the clock/control board Part number: 5701M680-60

Hi.
Unplug the unit. Remove the rear control panel cover.
