Tell what you checked and how you checked it to say that everything else is ok.

Also, does the machine run and not heat, or not run at all?

We really need as much info as is relevant to help you out here.

let me help you out here. this is a everyday problem with your dryer. unplug the dryer, and take the back off. it will either be the element is broken, or there is a thermal fuse mounted on the top left side of the element housing, it is round and has 2 wires coming to it. or, your breaker is partially tripped. go outside, and flip the dryer breaker off an on a few times, and then see if it heats. if you have any questions, let me know. tom www.applianceeducator.com/parts.htm:cool:
