My ge washer will not agitate or spin. Any ideas????? I have tested the lid switch and it works correctly.

Hello. There is a small green led light on top of the motor that displays a failure code ,in a series of blinks, this will determine whether it is the motor,
the mode shifter or the inline fuse link , I have sent you 2 files that explain.

If you take off the front panel you should see a flashing green light on the motor. That is generating error codes. Use this link to interpret them.

Start by trying to reset things. Some times that is all it takes.
