i CAN'T FIND THE DEFROST TIMER. Can anyone tell me where I can find it.? It is not listed on diagram, for this mod.:mad: Plzzzz THANKS JACK
I need to know where the defrost timer is located. I don't see it in Diagram, Mod.# GSS201EMA WW, GE.

I have went trough all the steps and down to the timer. but I don't know where it is located. Heater -ok, evaporator coils cleaned,defrost thermostat, ok so now i'm looking for the timer,,lol Jack, mod. #GSS201EMA WW,,,,GE.

Unplug refrigerator, remove the cover of the motherboard in the back of fridg, and remove the 4 pin power connector from the pc board. Check which pc board pins are labled Line and defr. On the removed connector, put a jumper between the related pins. Plug the fridg in.The freezer heater should now heat up. If not, replace the heater and defrost thermostat. If it defrosts, replace the motherboard. Heater, AP4355467, defrost thermostat AP3884317, Motherboard AP3420506 You have no manual defrost control on this fridg.

It is on the control knob , turn freezer to 0 it heats up. Thanks Jack
