Ordered complete Detergent Dispenser replacement. The plastic piece that the rubber seat sits atop is too thick. I'd say the palstic strip is may a sixteenth to an eighth inch too thick. So I can't get the replacement to screw tight to the inner door. Any thoughts about a fix?
Thanks

Thanks Hello, of all the years of doing this, I haven't run into this particular problem, the complete dispenser is an assembly , that doesn't leave much room for the problem that you have , so here is where I would start, first check to make sure you have the right screws from the original dispenser, next check to see if the new dispenser maybe warped, the last thing that comes to mind if the dispenser goes thru the inner door panel , it may be warped that would be some things to check. Thank you and good luck !
