I have problem w/ mi refrigerator the ice dont coming out , I hear noise from inside but dont coming out I see inside them i touche the motor crusher disp is frozen I can even move w/ my hande w2hat is the problem w/ thi please help mi

From what you posted, it sounds like a component within the freezer/ice maker is frozen and stopping the ice from coming out. We recommend that you turn it off because letting the ice continue to fill up the area and not be able to come out isn't helping things. IF you can open things up, then go for it, if not, then you should call a repairman in to get it fixed.
