Dear Cool Expert

I noticed a low humming sound from the 'ice maker' area about a month ago. Then I was away for the holidays to come back to a surprise! Both the freezer side and frige side were room temperature.

The lights work and digital display, but no cold.

Where should I start the trouble shoot?

Thanks,

Weekend Handyman

Most probable failure is the motherboard in the back AP3957581 You can check the back of it for bad solder joints around the back of the power relay.

I replaced the motherboard, but there is still no cold. Please advise on the next step?
