The belts are fine, there is 220 going to the outlet, I Have the back off and all the connections looks fine. Could this be the Thermal Fuse? Any ideas of things to look for or what may go on a fairly new unit

It has to be checked for continuity or you can bypass it (much more risky) to see if the dryer will work.
