Turned the oven on to bake and it suddenly got a mind of its own it turned to clean mode said the door was locked and wasn't. I had to unplug the stove when it cooled a little the door did lock. Waited till the oven cooled down some and plugged back in. It cleared all codes but the oven was still heating. What am I looking at to replace ? Or would it be better to buy a new one?

Sounds like the control board has gone bad. The model number you posted is incomplete.

Those control boards are also different in color. What is the color of the key panel in your range?

The face is white. I took notice the broiler is the only thing that turns on by itself. Can I unhook that temporarily so I can use the cooktop

You have to find the live wires connected to the control board, draw a picture of their connection to the control board, so will remember how to connect them to the new part, disconnect and insulate them. - The part number for the control board is AP3119177Gene.
