ok i replaced the heating element and the dryer worked for about two minutes then it quit now it wont turn on i checked my fuses and power they are good but the fan blades dont free spin is the motor bad? and how do i get to the motor itself ?

Did you mean the house fuses or the dryer thermal fuse?

How did you check the "fan blades"?
