The machine fills and washes fine, when the spin cycle starts after the wash it is not fast enough for the fabric softner to dispense. Also after the rinse the clothes are still very wet. This happens all the time now, full load or light load makes no difference. Spin selector button is set on 'normal'. Does the machine need a belt?
