The most likely cause for an excessively hot dryer is some type of blockage in the venting. You should take it apart and thorough clean out the venting system, using compressed air if you have it, a vac if you do not. Make sure you take the cover off of the blower, and that you clean the venting system from the inside of the machine to the blower.
After you do this, operate the machine with the venting disconnected at the back and feel to see that you have a strong air flow.
If this does not solve your problem, post again and lets see what else we can look at. Do not operate the machine (other than to test) until this is fixed as excessive heat can be dangerous)
Good luck and let us know what you find out.
