What Should Be Our Next Step . We Thought Maybe The Spark Module Might Be Bad. It Is Located Behind The Top Panel Behand The Dial That Turns The Temp To What U Need Or To Broil Or Clean. Could U Please Advise What Our Problem Might Be. Thanks So Much

Make sure the both knobs are in the right position and are not broken. Post your findings, please. Gene.
