Hello everyone, I have a GE washer that is not properly agitating. I've uploaded two videos to Youtube that show what's happening (links below). I'm not sure how the pulley and transmission are supposed to look when the machine is operating normally, so it's hard for me to point out what's wrong. There was another post here that I looked at, but I'm not sure we have the same problem since my pulley is able to move clockwise. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated! Quick note. The spin cycles work just fine.
